Ensure post town and postcode is accurate. Mistakes may cause delay, return or loss of your order, and we take no responsibility where this is the case. Parcels are sent discreetly, and fit through most letterboxes. Goods are securely wrapped in plain packaging with no indication of the products enclosed.
Orders are usually sent within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes about 2 working days (first class) or 4 working days (second class). Your order may take longer. Please be patient, we cannot speed up your order once sent, however it is in transit and should arrive soon. The postal service states that 2 working days more than the above timescales is still considered "on time". If you choose first or second class, please note that orders are not scanned until delivery. For full online tracking, you must pay for Special Delivery (these orders are guaranteed to arrive next working day for mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland). |
