We accept Paypal payments, as well as credit/debit card payments via Paypal. All payments go via Paypal’s secure site. Various currencies are available. Select the currency appropriate for your Paypal account. If none are applicable, please select pounds sterling (£ or GBP). Triple check that delivery address is 100% correct when making payment. Ensure post town and postcode is accurate. Mistakes may cause delay, return or loss of your order, and we take no responsibility where this is the case. After payment has been made, we are unable to change delivery address, cancel orders or combine postage. Your order is likely to be packed and sent by the time we read any such requests. |

Parcels are sent discreetly, and fit through most mail slots. Goods are securely wrapped in plain packaging with no indication of the products enclosed.
The contents are listed as "healthcare product" on the customs label, the minimum information required. Orders are usually sent within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes about a week (Europe) or a fortnight (elsewhere). Your order may take longer. Please be patient, we cannot speed up your order once sent, however it is in transit and should arrive soon. Our postal service states that up to 3 weeks more than the above timescales is still considered "on time". If you choose free economy shipping, please note that orders are not scanned until delivery. For full online tracking, you must pay for this at time of payment. We currently deliver to most countries worldwide. However we can no longer accept new customers in the following countries: Brazil, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, Martinique, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, Croatia, Latvia, Serbia, South Africa and Tunisia. |

The cost that you see on the item page is the amount that you pay us. We do not collect any sales taxes, GST or VAT.
We also do not report your purchases to your local taxation authority. As we are based in the UK, we are not required to. There are usually no import taxes to pay if the value of your order is lower than your country’s “duty free” limit (e.g. $800 for the USA). Most of our international customers don’t have to pay anything extra to receive their orders. However, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all Customs duties, taxes and procedures, as these are imposed by your country's authorities and are beyond our control. |
